My rendition of the metallic Tria Prima in Alchemy:
Salt of the higher Mind; red Mercury of the Spirit;
and Sulfur of the Sol like Soul.

Quantum Meditation.

Ego, betwixt Ideal and id,
integrates the bicameral mind;
lion tamer and god reclaimer,
zoomorphic apotheosis meditator.
~
Observe and Feel your situation,
No-Mind and Wave~like function;
Focus and Flow together as one,
for I must collapse my separation.
~
Hermetically sealed Salt memBrane,
guards the entrance to the Mind,
lifts emotion into Love divine,
libido into the crescent Moon.
~
Water to Wine of enLovenment,
the Mother for our risen Bread;
resurrection of the Sun ashine,
atop the Tree of Three-in-ONE.

Square the Circle of our Earth,
four elements to be rebirthed;
triangulate Earth, Moon and Sun,
Tria Prima Metals of the Stone.

Ideal and id schizophrenic split,
Observer enters the double slit;
libido into a Wave upliftment;
identity makes a final Point.

Hermetically seal your higher Mind,
leave the elemental four behind.
In the airless void of the New Skin,
perform this experimental meditation.

Focally converge all your attention,
at the tip of the nasal entrance;
the Observer watches at the gates,
denying passage to lower elements.
~
Rational thinking will contaminate,
so disallow your thoughts to inflate:
ideas, beliefs, mental matter, concerns;
breathe only pure Pneuma into the Mind.
~
At first waves of chaotic emotion,
are stronger than the Seer's intention;
but as confusion begins to subside,
the Observer emerges from the tide.
~
Earth and water baptized and combined,
metallic Salt of lucidity compounds.
New Wine from watery air refined,
red Mercury fills a new memBrane.

The vacuum in this abyss of nowness,
is the rebirthing womb of emptiness;
airy fire into Light fixes our Sulfur,
the shining Stone that lasts forever.

Four elements baptized unto death,
into three eternal Metals resurrect;
suffocation of the senses crucified,
on the burning cross of the lower mind.

Raising fiery energy of a wise Serpent,
intensifies the volatility of the ferment;
the old skin sheds with an explosion!...
a Star is born into a higher Kingdom.

How to Cross Over By Way of Death Meditation?
~
How to cross-over into a higher Mind,
by way of shamanic trance, egocide?
Death and resurrection on the cross,
baptismal suffocation of consciousness.
~
The cross of four elements raised,
earth, water, air, and fire ablaze;
instinct, emotion, thinking and intuition,
four languages learned by education.
~
Then the four into three must shine,
eternal Metals of the Soul sublime;
the burning cross of passion transforms,
elemental ego into an Imago reborn.
~
Apotheosis is a metamorphic process,
a human wraps himself in darkness;
closes his eyes in death meditation,
watching elements undergo immolation.
~
Instincts want to act out behaviour;
emotions motivate by way of desire;
thinking craves to conjure ideation;
intuition dreams-up imagination.
~
Watch as earth fades slowly away;
the Observer collapses emotional waves;
air suffocates as thinking de-ments;
the fiery serpent sheds its old skin.
~
Holy purgation of a human being,
going down into the hell of dying,
where Hades and Vulcan both perform,
refining and forging a quantum Mind.
~
Four elements into a trinitarian Stone,
the dragon frees its Pearl honed;
death is faced, yet something survives,
a trinity of Metals on the other side.
~
Metallic Salt of lucidity dissolved;
Spirit of Mercury everywhere aflow;
Soul of Sulfur at the centre fixed;
a human, death unto Life, resurrects.
~
The Shaman, transfixed in meditation,
undergoes a final transubstantiation;
on silvery wings our Mercury morphs,
transmogrification into a golden Self.
~
The Observer watches at the gates,
denying entrance to the elements;
the tested Metals shine on through,
past the "fiery Sword" flashing true.
